RICHARD G. AUSTERMAN

Richard G. Austerman, a lifelong resident of Kodiak, Alaska, embarked on his writing journey later in life after a successful career in Business Administration. Attending college in Sitka, Alaska, he met and married his beloved Helen, with whom he shared 55 years until her passing in 2021. Retiring in 1998, Richard transitioned from crafting short stories to becoming a prolific novelist.

At 72, he published his debut novel in 2016 and has since authored nearly twenty books. His latest work, Gray, highlights his skill in capturing the essence of the American West. Currently, Richard is dedicated to writing ten more novels, continuing to create engaging stories with rich, compelling characters.
